IS THE SHIPPING FREE?
Shipping is free on orders £200+ (GBP). For orders under £200, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and selected option.
WHICH SHIPPING CARRIERS DO YOU USE?
We ship with DHL for the UK and the USA, and Royal Mail for the UK. The available options for your address will always be shown at checkout.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM?
Delivery times vary by destination and the shipping option you choose. You’ll see an estimated delivery window at checkout, and we’ll email updates once your order is processed and shipped.
WILL I RECEIVE TRACKING?
Yes—whenever tracking is available, you’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. You can also find updates in your order confirmation emails.
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER IS CONFIRMED?
Right after checkout, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with your order number. If you don’t see it within a few minutes, please check spam/junk or contact us at support@annlinajewellery.com.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER IS PLACED?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we can usually update the address. Please email us ASAP with your order number and the corrected address. Once an order is shipped, changes may not be possible.
CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER?
If your order hasn’t been processed or shipped, we may be able to cancel or update it. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and request.
DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS OR IMPORT DUTIES?
For international orders, customs duties/taxes may apply depending on your country’s rules. These fees (if any) are determined by local authorities and are the customer’s responsibility.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
We accept returns in line with our Return & Refund Policy. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned within the stated return window. To start a return, email support@annlinajewellery.com with your order number.
WHAT IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED OR INCORRECT?
We’re sorry about that—please email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll help resolve it as quickly as possible.
MY PACKAGE SAYS “DELIVERED” BUT I CAN’T FIND IT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
First, check with household members/neighbors and any safe place around your address. If it’s still missing, contact us with your order number and we’ll assist you with the next steps.
