We currently ship to the United Kingdom and the United States.

• United Kingdom: Royal Mail (and DHL for selected options when available)

• United States: DHL

Shipping rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the selected shipping option.
We offer free shipping on orders £200+ (GBP).

Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery estimates
Estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout and may vary depending on the destination and carrier. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with shipping details.

Tracking
Tracking is provided whenever available. If tracking applies to your order, you’ll receive a tracking link by email once the parcel is dispatched.
