Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns
You can request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging.

Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings and piercing jewellery cannot be returned unless the item is faulty.

How to start a return
Email us at support@annlinajewellery.com with your order number and the reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
